from someone who made a post with "all current graphics cards will be useless for vista", which actually should have read "all current graphics cards will be useless for vista unless you play games, surf the net, burn dvds or do office type stuff (ie everything but watch HD-DVD or Blu-Ray)....

Could a DX10 card run in DX9 mode and thus run with an older operating system? Just wondering what people who have multiple operating systems will do....

yup for shizzle. iirc ATI have stated their DX10 card will be its fastest card for DX9 games (as it bloody should do ).

The EULA will bite in this area i am sure....

Most famous was the EULA change from Win2K SP2 to SP3, which required you to agree to allow Microsoft access to your computer without your approval, and required you to grant them the right to disable/delete any program they found that they deemed inappropriate.

Don't accept it? Then you're not allowed to install it.
