does anyone know how to contact applecare by email?

ive looked all over there site i can only find a phone number i would rather do it by email as that way i have proof of what has been said

contact via phone then ask for the agent to give their email address.

i had problem with my macbook once, i had to take a photo then send to one of their employee's email address.

Even with emails things can still be twisted as thy can get edit afterward so still not 100% is it?
