Hello,

I'm looking for a program into which I can input information (little facts, nuggets of info, helpful tips) and then tag with relevant key words.

At a later date, when I want this info, I can search for the keywords and bring up whatever entry I have.

Does anyone know if something like this is available? Could I just use a database of some sort?

Adobe Bridge?

EDIT...

Ah...ignore me. Adobe Bridge is for applying keywords and other file management stuff....

I would just use use word (just maybe excel) I think - set up a doument as a large table, work out the number of columns you want for yourself, then just do a search within the document for keywords. Or put keywords for each note (ie table entry) in a separate column.

Unless you are familiar with them DB programs are a pain.

Many many years ago in Lotus released a product to do pretty much exactly what you describe, a freeform entry relational database, but it never really took off, though I believe it went on to become the infamous Lotus Notes.
