Hello,

My dog had to be put down yesterday unfortunately, however in the last few weeks I had placed a reasonably big order for prescription medicine online for her. This all arrived less than two weeks ago and in that time only one of the bottles has been opened.

Does anyone know where I stand regards getting a refund/return on the unused (and still sealed) items? I have looked on their website, and it says they don't accept returns. However, Googling around the Internet doesn't deliver a definitive answer.

I can kind of see why they wouldn't want to refund, however the medicine is still sealed. So my question is does Distance Selling apply to online pharmacies? As in, 14 days to change your mind and 14 days to return.

Thank you,

Tom

Sorry about the dog.

If it says well don't accept refunds then I'd guess that's the way it is.

Any maniac could tamper with it in a near untraceable way and then your company is bankrupt.
