Does such a cable exist?

I need a SCART cable with a very specific configuration.

It needs to be SCART->SCART but with the audio signals split out on to RCA fly leads with just the RGB signals going down the scart. Does such an item exist?

I'm currently using an RGB-only SCART plugged in to a straight-through-box that goes between the AV item and the cable which splits the audio out in to 2 x RCA plugs. The problem is that the adapter degrades my signal quality something terrible.

Yes!! Pretty sure ive got one. But got it so long ago i cant remember which brank it is. I'll investigate.

That's what I'm after but it needs be a high quality cable. That one looks decidedly low-quality.

The RCA outputs on my TiVo have died so I need to use the audio signal that is sent down the SCART socket.
Might need to just get the soldering iron on my TiVo and fix the RCA sockets.
