I am having problems downloading my music so that I can play it offline. When I try to download I get the message "Amazon Music needs storage permissions to download and play music - Update Permissions"
The app already has storage permissions and I have tried both the internal storage and SD card to no avail. Settings / Apps / App permissions / Storage, and Amazon music is selected.
Any help would be appreciated.
