My graphics card has the following 3 outputs
    - mini hdmi
    - DVI-D
    - DVI-I

    My monitor has
    - HDMI
    - Displayport

I want to connect up the Displayport to get > 60 Hz

I thought this would a easy to find, but it isnt. Google searches show forums in the US with links to products that are not being sold anymore.

Can someone point out the best solution to connect one of my graphic card outputs to Displayport please ?

What is the resolution of your monitor?

Assuming you're running at 1440p you will need a Dual Link DVI to Displayport 1.4 adapter.

dvi to hdmi or dvi to dp cables will only do up to 1920x1080 60hz and any display port to dvi or dvi to display port cable will work it's the same thing they work both ways

    as above for 1440p

You can do 2560x1080 @ 75hz using dual linki dvi and a dvi>hdmi adaptor :)
