E5200/GA-P43-ES3G overclock help

Hi,
Have just bought the E5200 @ 3.20GHZ/Gigabyte GA-P43-ES3G/Kingston HyperX 4GB 8500 C5 bundle from OCUK.
Works fine & stable except that on a cold boot it always reverts to default clock settings. Once o/c is reinstated & saved it boots up fine and runs great until the next cold boot when it's back to square 1 again.
Please help.
