Easy Battery Saver on Android Market

I have a quick question for anyone who uses https://market.android.com/details?id=com.easy.battery.saver

This really does seem work in saving my battery, and I have it set in Intelligent mode. So it shuts off Wifi and 3G until I wake my phone.

However - is there anyway to get it to wake at set times so my phone will check for emails.

I read this thread and started using it, I've noticed a marked improvement in battery life since using it.

It's claiming that it's extending the battery life by x 1.6, and I believe it

Not sure about this app, but I used BatteryXL which does a similar thing, which let you set an interval to turn on wifi/data/sync. Worked well for me

Yep, there's a lot of apps that do the same thing.

They turn off the radios when the screen is off and turn it back on periodically to check for notifications. There's apps that let you customise extra things when you turn off the screen too.
