All you need to do is buy some sort of pasta and a nice premade sauce that only needs heating in the pan for 5 mins.

    Cajun sticky Ribs

    Mix up
6 Tablespoons of Plumb sauce (tomato ketchup will do in an emergency).
    2 tablespoons of Golden syrup.
Add 1 tablespoon of a decent Cajun spice (Schwartz or Tescos own is fine).
    Little bit of Lemon juice.

Get a whole rack of ribs and coat generously with the above. Roast in the oven at about Gas mark 6 for 45 minutes, or even better BBQ them.

    Easy dish with good results.

Most of the sauces out there will contain at least one of the three ingredients the OP mentioned in his first post. Unless he buys a "white" sauce of course.

Some kind of chicken with pasta/rice dish? Doesn't need a sauce but many varieties available, just check the ingredients for the foods stated in original post.
