Might be a strange question but I'll give it a go. Those guys on here that are of a 'typical' weight for their height (i.e. not overweight or obese, but not necessarily those that are really in to their fitness) what is a typical day's eating for you? Do you graze all day? Eat when you're hungry? Eat only at set times? Thanks
i would imagine that GD would be a better place for this, rather than somewhere that is sport orientated and likely to have people outside of the normal ;]
Yep, no normal people in here. We are all ........ special . To answer the initial question though........ I only ate when I was hungry. Age (slowing metabolism), lack of exercise, too big portions and having cheesecake feature too often in my diet all combined to add weight. I have always eaten only when I felt hungry and have been slim most of my life (not dead skinny, but of slim build). RB
I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at usual times with little snacking inbetween. I am pretty slim, mostly due to all the sport i do.
I want to avoid GD for the obvious reasons but will give it a go if I don't get much success here. Thanks for the replies so far though.
