Hi all, hope you had a good weekend.

I am about to conduct a critical evaluation of our VoIP solution here at work, it's a fairly major peoject and is going to take a fair bit of work and planning.

I want to ask the end users some questions on how they find the new telephone system. I obviously have some in mind but wonder if anyone could think of any good questions on subjects which end users may worry about with the implementation of the new system.

    Thanks for your time,

    James

If you're using Cisco kit and have wireless handsets you may want to check roaming between access points as with a few customers I have heard complaints of call quality when roaming between access points (calls drop momentarily or completely during handover)

How about questions aimed at the end user? If you knew nothing of VoIP, what would be you concerns with a new system, and what would you expect of the new system?

Well I would want to know:

    1) How does it affect me
    2) Can I still use it for what I used to
    3) Is the call quality the same or better
    4) How reliable is it
    5) What else can I do with it

Are a few questions end users may ask you
