Error redeeming film on Google Play...

Good afternoon,

I attempted to redeem the film 'Logan' using a code from a retail Blu-ray. I entered the code into foxredeem.com as instructed, it directed me to Google Play but gave me an error message 'Error redeeming code. Error code: BM-RC-20'

I tried to enter the code directly into Google Play and it takes me to a page to enter my address and payment method. I've redeemed 4 free film codes on Google Play without having to give any kind of payment details.

I cannot find anyway of contacting Google directly. Their recommended solution was to post in the Google Play help forum and let someone else sort it. I've had no replies so far.

Anyone had this problem and fixed it or know a way I can get in touch with Google please?

Guess you may need to contact Fox customer care about the error code.

This is what I see, don't know why it's different to what you're seeing.

The phone number is 0800 328 6081
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday - Sunday)

Can't copy the email support address as it's all integrated into the page...

Weird I type exactly same address and get different information on chrome, already signed in chrome, same result with Edge and Firefox Nightly.

Johnny Guitar posted last week on 12 Oct had same issue with Logan got same error code and nobody helped resolved it.
