This has got me and a few peeps stumped so I am hoping someone might be able to help
At first we thought this was a simple profile issue but alas it seems a bit stranger than that
User is on a Domain and affects her and only her it seemed to disappear for a while and now is back. On her shared drive which is hosted by a data centre we have moved the location and re loaded a back up of her files from when it last worked and also reset her profile
When she opens an Excel file from the network it appears Grey no formulas or tables are seen it’s the same if someone emails her a template that works perfectly fine on other machines
At the moment the only workaround we have is that she opens the Excel in safe mode.it’s the same if she saves it Greyed out. We cannot find any macro settings that would cause a problem as they are using the same Windows Version and Office Version
