I used to work for them and they are very competitive and offer a good service. Customer Services has gone downhill since moving from Belfast to Accrington and Bangalore but what can ya do.

I've spent tens of thousands with them through work - including £4k today. No problem's yet

I used them about 7-8 years ago quite a lot. Never had any problems. Havent used them recently because im only ever booking flights and always seem to find them cheaper going direct to airlines

I've never been lucky with this. Literally dozens of flights. The three I booked today were £2k with KLM.... only £600 with expedia. Very odd.
