Fanatec pedal problem.

Hi my daughter has the Fanatec CSL Elite pedals for her xbox and they have been working for a while now with no problem,until the other day it connects to the wheel Base via a RJ 12 cable,so I connected the wheel Base to my pc to update the firmware and all went well but when I pressed on the brake and gas pedal there was no response on screen everything else worked,so I'm thinking it's the RJ12 cable that is at fault has anybody here had a similar problem.

I’ve not had any problems with the rj12 cables themselves. But always possible for a cable to break.

My V3’s can connect direct to pc via a usb type b cable, can the csl pedals do the same? Maybe try a direct connection to check the pedas are working.

You have to have dongle to do that I've ordered a new RJ 12 and she's asked support for help,it could be the module under the pedals that's faulty but for the money she payed for them it's shameful .
