Fanless PC

Hi Newbie.

I have just come across this on twitter and I am wondering if this a good fanless pc. I am looking for unique pc that will work with textiles.
I saw this machine from an unknown company and dell

I need to know what product to choose and to purchase a product

I don't know what you mean by working with textiles (is this a software task or are you driving a piece of machinery etc). It's best to work out what your needs are. Then ask if the PC will meet those needs.

Is it required to be absolutely silent, or just quiet? With the right choice of CPU, case etc you can make a build almost silent.

The third link doesn't work and the second is vague. The first one has an i7-7700T which is a low power CPU, but other specs are minimal. It's best to work out if that i7 suits your needs.
