I like Raistlins signature quote which is very good..

However theres one that comes to mind and with the advent of the World cup I think it's very poinent, by Bill Shankly:

Some people believe football is a matter of life or death, I can assure you, it is much more important than that!

My favourite quote of the moment is from a film, but I like it so may as well post it....

Good film, I recommend it.

Very good film, in fact I might just watch it again today :)

Another couple of quotes I like:

"I'm all in favor of keeping dangerous weapons out of the hands of fools. Let's start with typewriters." - Frank Lloyd Wright
"Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint." Mark Twain

Don't take life too seriously, no-one makes it out alive anyway.

Never be afraid to try something new. Remember, amateurs built the ark. Professionals built the Titanic.

The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing. -- Albert Einstein

And I've got a fair few more for my sig (/takes note of some in this thread).
