Right I have an excel sheet, which is one column with a load of web addresses in.

Is there anything I can run or do to automatically run through it and remove any duplicate's ?

Select the column - click Data - Filter - Advanced Filter - (make sure selected range highlighted is correct) - click "unique records only"

Done
