I know it may sound odd, but you might have to update media player or reinstall it. I had the same problem with integrated media files not playing. A reinstall sorted it out for some reason...

check your mozilla firefox plugin folder for the following files:

    C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins

    npdsplay.dll
    npdrmv2.dll
    npwmsdrm.dll

alternatively you can type 'about:plugins' in the firefox address bar.

if the files above ^^ are not in the folder, download them from below and place them in the plugin folder.

    npdsplay.dll
    npdrmv2.dll
    npwmsdrm.dll

    restart firefox..
test everything at a website like putfile.com
    ---

if that doesn't work, i suggest you follow this guide :)

    i fixed it....

    dunno how

...the only thing thats been changed is that when quicktime asked if it should associate all files that should be opened with QT i said yes, usually I say no - I hate QT almost as much as Media player...

    it works anyway...weird

    thanks all
