I read somewhere that Anderson was originally bought as a striker - which in one sense makes sense (after all I think everyone knows Saha is on borrowed time) but I dont think he has been deployed that much by SAF in the hole

Carrick and Hargreaves did very well yesterday (although I admit OH let Jenas slip away twice which could have been costly) but it was great to see PS back and playing

He's a bit like John O'Shea with flair. That moment right at the end of the game where he brought the ball down and muscled two Spurs players off it before turning and breaking from his own half was absolutely awesome.
