Forza Horizon 3 pc online help

I have two PCs with this game on and me and my brother cant join a game online together , so we tried with just one PC running the game and tried to join online and it still wont join , it says -Unable to join session network diagnostic - My internet is running fine and i can play other games online so i cant understand what could cause this problem , If anyone has the game or knows how i can solve this would be a great help.

do you each have a copy of the game or are you trying to share the same key/microsoft account ?

Cant see that, they are still selling the game.

The game is likely tied to you microsoft account.

Are you logged into the xbox account on your PC and is it the same account you registered the game against.

I'm not sure if it works on Win7 / Win 8 any more so you'll may need Win 10.
