    Hey,

Friend of mine was crashed into today, and the person at fault only has TPO insurance. My friend is still entitled to a courtesy car, yes? If so, what's the correct procedure for going about getting one?

    Thanks guys,

    Tom.

The other parties insurance cover, be it TPO, TPFT or Comprehensive, has no bearing on your friend.

When I was taken off my bike, I was contacted by 3rd party insurance who had admitted fault and they offered it on a plate. Poor little Yaris they gave me wishes they didn't.
