Hey,
I am sure I remember reading somewhere that when you have protein shakes you should not mix them with fruit as its not good for the proteins (I assumes acids or something) however I always chuck a scoop or two in with a homemade fruit smoothie each morning.
Is this a bad idea? Should I separate them?
