well my epox goes up to 1.8v and in Custom PC they put a deadly 1.9v through an X2 on air! Using the crossfire DFI, and 1.82v using the SLi EXPERT. In short...yes :p

thats only at 1.6v and at low ambient temperatures.

hello
well seems strange cpu....on air only clocks to 2.8ghz then needed little volts
but 3.5-3.6 on vapo seems like its gonna work.....temps on idle -26c....under load -8c
but this weekend i wanna try get more volts 1.8-1.9v...even if CPU dies its not a problem its just fun testing
btw my main pc i use 24/7 is AMD X2-4400@3200with 1.75v

i assume you can hit about dual 26sec pi 1mb times lol

nice to see amd putting good cores into dual core, even if there more expensive then a small country :eek:


does it still have th ihs on?

i already have RMA for it for tue 6th.......so have few days to kill it
ill only keep it if it does 3.6ghz else i dont want it

Well I just this minute installed my FX60 and ran a couple of benchies:

FX60 stock
1900XTX @stock
2gb ram

3D Mark 05 11777
3D Mark 06 5710

It's been an expensive two weeks!

after few tests i think FX60 is a poor OC chip..its gonna take 1.9v for stable use at 3.5ghz
but i removed cpu for some server use atm till friday
trying it in my 2nd vapo and DFI LanParty UT NF4 SLI-D mobo......hopefully it can do better there
130nm i think i bought it first week it was out
