I think you will probably have to contact gigabyte for a new fan for it, but if i were i would just buy a zalman passive chipset cooler which will cool the chipset fine without the noise or hassle of a fan. It will be much easier and quicker than if you went through gigabyte.

 

It will prolly end up looking like below to clear the graphics card.

 

Then just go through gigabyte they should be able to send you out a new chipset cooler.

 

Dunno if the Vantec Iceberq CCB-A1C is slim enough, but they haven't been in stock for ages.

Either way, the mobos got to come out to fit it unless you have some spare pins. <it can be done.

 

The vantec cooler certainly looks slim in the pic but i suppose you would have to see it to be sure.
