Gaming monitor recommendations

Hi all,

I am looking for a gaming monitor for my xbox one. I already have a HDR TV downstairs but this is just for the office when I get a chance to play.

I think 1440p will be just fine for this, preferably 27" but can live with slightly smaller.

When it is not used for gaming, it will be used for working on the odd occasion I am working from home.

Budget is £250
