    Hi Guys,

I was just hoping for some quick advice on a HTPC issue. Ive just sorted my cousin out with a HTPC, E5300, 4GB RAM, G33 mobo, ATI 4850. Basically im using the HDMI to connect to the TV via an adapter as both connections on the card are DVI. Sound is setup through the HDMI to the TV also, but I can only configure the device up to 2 channel, none of the other options are available.

He has a Samsung HTZ 120 surround system and his Xbox360 + Skybox are running through the TV the same and hes getting surround sound on that.

Any ideas how I can get surround working from the PC? (latest cat 10.4 installed btw). I cant think of anything, im running a very similar setup but direct to an AV receiver and have had no probs with it.

    Cheers guys
