I have the Gigabyte P35 DS4 Rev 2.0 and its working great apart from one niggle!
If I overclock my Q6600 even just a little (2.8GHZ) the board will not resume from S3 stanby in Windows XP, what happens is the board seems to cycle on and off every few seconds.
The board and my Q6600 overclock fine and will run Prime95 all day long even at 3.2GHZ (Not been any higher yet).
I have looked at the Sticky and can confirm all my voltages are fine, memory is Cellshock and passes memtest no probs, memory is rated at 1GHZ and im running it on a 2.5 divider so its if anything underclocked.
I have tried updating the bios to F9 but that made no difference.
This is so strange as my system overclocks rock stable and if I run CPU etc at stock the system will resume from S3 standby but not with any combo of overclocking....
Anyone got any ideas here ???
