Not sure that was control. Villa had a few decent chances. They were just playing on the counter and were quite happy to let you have the ball outside the box. Villa had 8 shots on target compared to Arsenals 3.

Arsenal just look like a poor mans United at the moment. All their play is very heads up and moment by moment. There doesn't seem to be a huge amount of understanding between players in their movement on or off the ball.

Extremely frustrating game, shot ourselves in the foot early on and barely looked up for the game other than a few spells where villa defended well. Some poor decisions from the officials, the laca/martinez incident in the box, the fouls on saka, grealish being grealish... I'm glad we're done with villa for the season.
