We're never gonna have a better chance of beating Chelsea on their own patch than on Sunday (baring in mind that league wise we haven't won there since the 01/02 season)

---------------De Gea---------------
Smalling--Evans--Ferdinand--Evra
Valencia---Carrick---Giggs---Park
---------------Rooney
------------------Welbeck

Subs: Amos, Rafael, Fabio, Scholes, Nani, Berbatov, Hernandez

That's how I think we'll line up, Fergie has pretty much said that although Cleverley will travel he's more likely to play against Chelsea reserves the next night. Given both Nani and Rooney will have only had 4 training sessions each since their return from injury I can see Fergie starting only one of them (no brainer that should that be the case then Rooney starts). Would be nice to play Nani as well though and really test their defence and I also think Hernandez's movement could run rings around Luiz like it did at OT last season but Welbeck was surely rested against Stoke for this game.

Potentially a massive weekend for Manchester City. They should easily dispatch Fulham at home and then it's on to United to try and pick up a rare win at the Bridge. Tottenham as well shouldn't be ignored but they have a pretty tough game themselves at Anfield.

As for the game at the Bridge. Despite Chelsea looking pretty weak in the recent weeks, I will still be pleasantly surprised if United come away with all three points. I wouldn't say there's a lot of difference between United and Chelsea's first XI in terms of strength and usually these games are pretty back and forth with no side ever really dominating for long periods.

I'd say it's likely to be a draw to the delight of the City fans but hopefully a 1-0 win for United.

Young not available for sneaky sub late on? I thought he would be fit enough for a few minutes (kind of player who could be a match winner if subbed with 15 to go)

Think Chicharito will start

Its also worth considering Rafael at LB (given that Cole wont be playing) with Smalling with Rio in the middle....Rafael will be needed in the coming weeks so I think SAF needs to give him more time on the pitch (although I know he hasnt been brilliant recently......not sure which is worse Raf at RB or Evans in the middle)

Evans has gotten away with a few mistakes recently, not entirely sure (although he is better than last season)

Chelsea are a slumbering giant currently - I just hope they keep dozing until at least Monday lol

Big game at home against Southampton. We are on a brilliant run and still unbeaten at home in the league, so we won't roll over like we did when we played them in their back yard. I'm hoping for a win but a draw won't be the end of the world.

It's a massive game, we should start Billy Sharp though and have a better squad than the game back in September too (that last min chaplow goal lost me 60 quid too!).

We drew against Cardiff on tuesday and really need the win to keep the pressure on the automatic places (even though we have West Ham away soon and they have everyone difficult left to play afterwards).

Hope my train is running properly too as there looks to be a right mess around Bletchley

Am off to the Arsenal game today, shall be wearing plenty of layers!

How we've fallen, used to be proud to travel across London with my Arsenal shirt showing, now you've got to wear layers to stop Spurs/Chelsea fans laughing at you :(

:p

This kind of weather is why I had to turn down a season ticket, my joints are pure agony in this kind of weather, cold and or damp and I just can't get to games at all and joints aren't great in "good" weather either. My joints didn't suck when I got on the season ticket list, 7-8 years later though, totally different situation, shame. Would have loved a season ticket before my knee's went to crap, though I went to plenty of games I still never got to see a really "big" game, Utd/Arsenal, etc.

:p.

Ahahaha! Tell that logic to the Ipswich fan that just got off the train at Coventry... :p

Nothing weirder than sitting on a train with other people on their own goon to away games too but not wanting to chat (mainly as we won 5-2 at Ipswich)

lol, Nolan inside 10 minutes, not particularly bad contact but daft double footed type tackle. Though Fat Sam being his usually good football loving self signed two new strikers and still starts a 4-5-1, at home.

LOL, RVP, scores when he wants etc.

Now, they've been a few games where we've scored really early then done **** all. Can we please, please, absolutely annihilate a team for once and put the game to bed early. Watching a stream at work for t3h w1n.

Was a really good ball by Coquelin to release Walflop in loads of space. AS you say though, early goal doesn't really mean much, we MIGHT for a change build on it and put a game to bed but, lets be honest...... 4-0 up against Newcastle. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw Arsenal dominate and a few goals ahead and felt "safe" unless you know its 3-0 with less than 5 minutes to go. :(
