GTX 1080Ti SLI VRAM question

I've got a simple question regarding gpu VRAM in my first ever SLI setup. Here are 2 dxdiag screenshots with:

Is this slight decrease in VRAM normal?

Also dxdiag isn't the only application that is reporting this decrease, it can also be seen in games that have this "available memory" bar in the video settings.

I'm not too worried about it since it's a very small amount. I'm simply curious.

It's most probably normal and nothing to worry about.
But in an SLI setup you dont suddenly have 22GB of VRAM; in SLI you still have 11GB
