    Hey...

This is possibly the strangest thread I have started, but basically:

As a guy, I have noticed there are so many different hair gells and so on, and I am just wondering what is the best one that does no damage to your hair?

On top of that, what is the best shampoo? I was told by my hair dresser that head and shoulders is bad for your hair, so I stopped using that ;)

    Any advice :D

Shampoo - I use head and shoulders.

From what i've gathered, get a whole bunch and alternate between them. It's what the girls do, its supposed to be better for your hair.

Or you can take a Man's point of view, soap is soap, they are all the same ! :p

    Depends on:

    Hair type?
    Do you colour hair?
Do you use heat products on hair?

Depends on your hairstyle mate, you want a stong hold, natural look - have a play with a few different ones, you can get a good idea of what they'll be like by opening them in the shop usually

Redken do a good range for men. You can get their products from various suppliers on the net. Personally I use their Go Clean shampoo and Finish Up conditioner. As for styling products I use Toni & Guy X-Wax and V05 Texturising Gum.

Urban rites for men is pretty good. They're quite expensive though unless you find them in Wilkenson's or Pounland
