H.264 Forceware drivers for MCE?

The latest WinXP forcewares work well with h.264 stuff, as its now built into the drivers. But the latest MCE drivers on Nvidia dont support h.264, they seem to always be months behind WinXP ones.

Is anyone using MCE with a working tuner and with a latest driver that supports hardware H.264?

Im fed up with the lack of official MCE drivers from Nvidia :(
