I want to upgrade my system drive in my comp but having a tough time making a decision, i don't want to make the move to SSD at the moment as it is still very expensive as i would want at least a 128MB drive for my needs as i would install all my programs as well as windows on the system drive.

Soo the decision is either keep my original Raptors which are in RAID0 which perform something like 180MB per sec at 8.5ms and wait for SSD's to come down in price or get a couple of 500GB F3's and RAID0 them and they will perform at 250MB per sec at 13ms. Which would perform better as a system drive?
