What FSB are you looking to run with that X6800? Are you looking to OC at all?

It's fully multiplier unlocked isn't it, and stock FSB is 266Mhz, so you wouldn't need hyper fast RAM unless you were clocking past 333Mhz?

I'd go for the lowest latency DDR2 you can find.
