At work we think we are experiencing some major power problems in that we are pulling way more than the office power circuit can handle. Symtoms are that we cant switch on all the PCs at once without the BIOS beeping like mad, so we have to gradually switch them on one after the other. One of our PCs runs a RAID5 array and when ever it is put under load the array crashes and has to start rebuilding itself. So we have come to the conclusion that it is power issues but we need proof to justify an upgrade. So the question is this.....

Does anyone know how to calculate how much power we are pulling through our office ring mains circuit?

The old physics is a bit rusty ;)
