Hazro woes

I have tried contacting Hazro support through their website with no luck. First attempt was back in november, thinking that they would take care of the issue during my holidays. Now I have tried contacting them 3 more times and still no reply.
What can I do?

No idea, this lack of support is why i'll never buy another Hazro; even though i've been lucky so far.
