HD5850 & three monitors?

Will my HD 5850 be able to play games on three monitors with Eyefinity?
I haven't got the monitors yet, but was thinking about 22" ones at 1920x1080.
Any thoughts on what monitors to get.....been looking at this one...

Also will i need any other cables, read something about a active Display-port adapter!

The card only supports 2 monitors natively, so you either need a 'Active' displayport or a monitor with a native displayport.

Wow, that is a bit expensive, would it have to be that one, or is there cheaper?

Currently thinking about getting another 22" screen res 1680x1050.

Would I be able to get away with getting a passive adaptor rather than a active one?

No, I've seen vids on youtube of issues like flickering when using a passive adaptor. Needs to be active.

Yep, either an active adaptor, or the monitor needs to have displayport. I think you can have different monitors though, as long as one of them has the displayport, however you then have the issue of calibrating the screens, and the different monitors possibly having different colours.

Only one I can find on OCUK that has a displayport in it and thats 22in.

Also,one more thing, does anyone know of how the 5850 performs in eyefinity and what the maximum settings that I'd be able to play using three monitors at 1680x1050 each? No reason in getting it if the frame rates would be rubbish.
