hi guys and thanks for looking long story short - need to find out if my sisters mobo will take a 512mb stick of eec ram i emailed belarc advisor to her and this is the info it gave on the mobo the via website is not showing any info at all please help
what cpu does it use and whats the model number of the board ? cpuz can tell you the model number of it. it appears to be a kt133 chipset with a duron or athlon? and appears NOT to support EEC memory. look here: http://www.acme.com/build_a_pc/chipsets.html#kt133
thanks very much for your help cant get to my sisters atm and opening the case for a model number is beyond her i have sourced some non eec ram for her, so fingers crossed thanks again
