A couple of the guys I ride with decided to do 10 under the Ben http://www.10undertheben.com/index.htm 10 laps of 10 miles in 10 hours! I WANT SOME! I have never done a race before , but I have to some time. I currently cycle 50 miles on road PW. 10-15 of road at the weekend, + 5 to 10 in the summer. I am reasonably fit and eat healthy, but would like to improve. Current diet in a day is: Porridge with water and sultanas. Banana and 2 x Satsuma (or similar) pasta with green peppers, mushrooms, (insert random ingredients here / prawns / tomatoes, egg) Wholemeal bread / toast. Beans / cheese. 2 - 3 litres of fruit juice, water. I am not a big meat eater but like a bacon roll on a Friday. I'm not a big fan of Nut's but I think my diet is really lacking. Can you guys help?
