Help needed, weird graphics

I've been having a graphics issue (see link), the weird white lines appear over time and disappear if a move the app window about, but only does it on 2 pieces of software. Tidal (music streaming) and steelseries software for their peripherals, I'm not sure why it's happened, never had this before, I've got a iiyama g-master red eagle monitor, if someone could help me out please.

Looks very ordered, mathematically speaking, does this software have a Visualization, i.e. the fancy graphics that move according to the music being played?

No it doesn't, it does the same when I'm using steelseries software for controlling rgb on my keyboard, mouse and headset but only happens on these two softwares, tidal and steelseries engine

Are you able to try someone elses monitor and someone else's GPU to rule them out?

Only thing i can do is try it on my living room tv, thanks for that suggestion though, I'll give it a try

Of course it does, look at the letters JB in the top left corner, how symmetric and ordered the pattern is.

Yeah, i checked that, all drivers are up to date

Very odd. I'd go with Hades' advice, you've got to rule either the monitor or GPU out. I've seen glitches like this be a hardware level fault, but your symptoms are very odd. It makes sense that moving the window forces a redraw, hence the lines disappear but the fact they build up slowly. I've never seen that.
