Does this look ok? I want it for overclocking my AMD Opteron UP 144 San Diego.

    Gigabyte K8NSC-939 nForce3 250GB (Socket 939) Motherboard (MB-036-GI)

    Corsair 1GB DDR Value Select PC3200 CAS2.5 Kit (2x512MB) (VS1GBKIT400) (MY-041-CS)

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940) (FG-000-AR)

    Must be a AGP board.

thanks in advance. Ps has anyone had any experience with this board? Any good for overclocking?

    Thanks in advance.

Lots of people have been raving about the ASRock-939 Dual Sata2. It has AGP and PCI-E so you have an upgrade route on your GFX. Thay are supposed to o/c well which i don't think that Gigabyte will. They are also NForce 4.
