help wiring up old sub

sorry didnt get back to you had a covid situation with relative. wont giveup on this just yet will get a pic sorted today
heres the pic of the room:
tv is a sharp 49 incher. have virgin cable box and nvidia shield tv and nintendo wii hooked up.
would like to put a sub behind the tv to get some bass when watching virgin box stuff and youtube stuff and from shield tv too.
