    Hi

    Guys

Sorry if this is the most retarded question ever.

Trying to logon to my site and getting this.

It is a forum I run with my mate and he hasn't a clue what the error means either. a friend thinks it could be because something on the host side has changed (Godaddy)

He said something about it being set to read only like the error says its not allowing it to write to the page to check if you are logged in. but isnt 100%

Anyone got a clue, there has been no upgrades or changes made in the last 24 hours.

    Code:
Database Error: The MySQL server is running with the --read-only option so it cannot execute this statement
    File: /home/content/c/l/o/clocky/html/simplemachinesforum/Sources/Subs.php
    Line: 2711

yeah. but how do we change it.

we have not made any changes to the system.

is it worth trying to contact the host company?
