Help with CSS after update

Hiya,

As most of your are aware they did a massive update to css moving it to the orange box engine, now since this update I cannot actually play the game due to massive FPS drops. One minute I will be running around with 200 fps then all of a sudden it will drop to 40 and basically become unplayable.

System:
Q6600
4GB Ram
Radeon HD5830 with ATI 10.6 drivrs.
Windows 7 - 64 Bit.

I think there's an option in options where you can make it use multiple cores. Could give that a go. Have you got a lot of stuff running in the background? Try closing programs and see if it helps at all.

Try making a text file called autoexec.cfg and put the contents of the following link in it

http://justpaste.it/39o

Then place in the cfg folder of your CSS directory.

If this doesn't work either, try putting -high -threads 4 in your css launch options (library > right click css > properties > set launch options)
