Horizon Cloud PBX

    Hi all,

    Probably not the best place to post this but does anyone use the Horizon Cloud PBX?

    We are noticing over the last few weeks call quality is suffering a lot and even calling Gamma's number the call quality on and off is terrible. Its not your typical bandwidth issues on the quality when bits of voice are missing it sounds like its an old back anologue line and cracking. This is the same on our "internal" calls as well as external. We have also tried a couple of phones on thier own FTTC broadband and the issue is still there.

    Calls to the provider deny any problems but wondering has anyone else noticed this over the last few weeks? Im wondering if its some kind of internal issue with the extra load with people working from home at the moment?
