    Another shot from e17, using one of the suplied wallpapers - very simple and easy to use desktop, which is how I like it :)

    Here's a new one:

    Gnome + aiglx + slab + water desktop effect using the Beryl window manager. Notice the transparency effect on the file manager title bar while the rest of the window remains solid :)

    Yep everything you see is straight 'out of the box' :) I have been fiddling more with it today and I must say it's looking about 100x better now too!

    I realised that 'Beryl' is a new window manager and not the next Ubuntu release.
