How do i fast travel in Oblivion?

    Hey guys,
    I'm on a reallly long treck through this broing old hill, taking ages to walk through, with nothing interesting to look at. How do I fast travel? I really don't know can anyone tell me?

    Bring up the map and click (maybe right click?) on the place you want to go is how I remember it. I believe you can only travel to specific places like towns and dungeons.

    And can only travel when not near any enemys or taking damage

    You must have also explored the area previously to get there (except for towns).

    and you also have to be outdoors, you can't fast travel if you are in a house or a cave or whatnot.
