How is this 3d mark 05 score?

    not feeling too good lately, so overclocking has commenced again!
    so are these scores good?

    A64 3000+ 2.5Ghz
    1Gb ram
    7600GT 700/1750

    7487 3d marks

    A64 3000+ 2.5Ghz
    1Gb ram
    7600GT 720/1750

    7572 3d marks

    Thats only 200 points off what i got with the following:

    3700+ @ 2.65ghz
    7800GT @ 470/1100
    2GB RAM

    So yes that is very good :)

    well the core seems good to 720, shall see what i get in abit.

    Im sure you will, next try to beat my 7900GT :D you only need 11,000, im sure that core can take it...

    Btw is your 7600GT volt-modded?

    yeah its volt modded, good ol pencil ;)


    actually does that score seem right?
    an 85 point increase for 20Mhz on the core

    I found that with my 7900GT, increasing the core had a greater affect on the score than increasing the memory (this is only true when the mem is already at ridiculous speeds i.e. 1800+ )

    Good score, still ~700 off my 7800gt though ;) (2.5ghz cpu, stock volts on the graphics)

    i tryed to run it again with the cpu at 2.6Ghz, but it froze. this cpu sucks for oc'ing! :( (anyone care to donate an opteron? ;))

    1.6v (only for benchmarking purposes), there was a fair bit of pencil on the resistor :D
